Under this new agreement, Sorror Company will handle both preventive and emergency maintenance for 16 elevatorswithin the hotel, ensuring continuous, safe, and reliable operation. Our certified maintenance teams will utilize original, approved spare parts and apply the latest global technologies, in full compliance with the European Lifts Directive 2014/33/EU that governs all Sorror projects across Iraq and Jordan.
